Before ordering
Size comparisons use the approximate model, not a site survey. Check final room dimensions and door clearances. Model furniture uses the selected products’ published outer dimensions. Shapes and internal details remain simplified; allow additional operating and swinging clearance.
Fitted kitchen, bathrooms and wardrobes are included with the apartment and excluded here. The coffee machine is an additional purchase.
Total covers the listed furniture, storage units and their listed hardware, TVs, sound system, monitor, coffee machine and rugs. Rear-speaker stands (illustrative in the model), TV brackets, installation, delivery, bedding, rug underlays, curtains, lighting, plants, computer, keyboard and mouse are not included. Curtain and lighting sizes still need site measurements.
